Installation Instructions

  1. Click the Download for Windows button above. Your browser will download the installer.
  2. Once downloaded, open your Downloads folder and double-click pcw-remote-support-win.exe to run it.
  3. If Windows shows a "Windows protected your PC" SmartScreen prompt, click More info then click Run anyway.
  4. When the User Account Control (UAC) prompt appears asking "Do you want to allow this app to make changes?", click Yes.
  5. The installer will complete automatically. The remote support app will open and display your ID and password.
  6. Share your ID and password with your support technician so they can connect.
Tip: If your browser blocks the download, check the downloads bar at the bottom of your browser and click Keep or Allow.
